Where to report bugs

Where should bugs be reported?
- In this Forum?

- KDE Bugtracking System? (this is what the official website points to)

better to use this and provide images and videos about the bug. (uploading is very easy ... images needs to be PNG and videos with a maximum size of 10 megabytes if i remember well)
