The text is only really blurry in the effects window i haven't really noticed it any where else but it is annoying I am using a 1440p monitor at 144hz if anyone has a fix it would be appreciated

Same problem here.
Versions : 19.12 and 20.08 have the same problem.
OS: Kubuntu 20.04
Screen / Settings : 4k display screen with a "Global Scale" setting of 112.5% (In KDE Display Configuration).

Very annoying. I have to use the keyboard to make sure I select the proper effect...
