I have used this application quite often no problems then my motherboard died had to build new system. Now I cannot get Kdenlive to Render. I tried a very small project and when I hit the Render it looks normal no error I just get a a checkmark "Rendering complete in 00:00:00" and no file is rendered. I have tried running as administrator, lowering my UAC settings to minimum. I also tried go back to an old version 18.04 same result. I am open to suggestion at this point?

OS: Windows 10 home 64 bit
Kdenlive version: 20.04 also 18.04
CPU: I3 9100
Ram: 16GB
Motherboard: ASUS B360CSM

something related to antivirus that is freezing/sandboxing MLT.EXE or FFMPEG.EXE ?
