Where do I request features?

Hi. Thanks to all developers and contributors that make this great video editor.
I would like to be able to request some features, such as a Speed effect (Keyframable). Is there a right place to request this kind of thing? Already googled and looked at official website, but didn't find anything. Thanks. |

It is in general better to file feature requests on the bugtracker at https://bugs.kde.org, developers are more likely to pay attention

FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ... |
