Hi all.

I'm running the application from kdenlive-20.04.1b-x86_64.appimage.

I've created a project that I now want to export to a video.

When I click on 'export', I get an error message alert come up:

"python3 could not load opentimelineio module"

How do I work past this?

"Export" is not what you want, rather click on "Render".
We did disambiguate it in 20.08: OTIO export is to exchange projects with FinalCut/Premiere etc.
