i'm using latest nightly build for windows and these 2 controls/settings are visible,

can you try latest appimage? https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Kden ... 4.appimage
or latest Build for Windows: https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Kden ... 64-gcc.exe

if the issue persist.. delete the Kdenliverc file. and start again Kdenlive.

Meanwhile it's v22.04.0. I'm still waiting for the come back of the "Wipe Invert" of v18 (in the Composite transition, not the one in Wipe transition).
I know I can work around this by rearranging the tracks. But it was a very useful feature in v18. I'm wondering why it got removed.

and i can confirm that "invert" is present and never disappeared... no one will fix something that any other can't see.

on your Kdenlive the INVERT is not present?

It's the Wipe in Composite transition, v18.08.2 vs v22.04.0 (Windows 10). Softness is back, but I still can't find Wipe Invert
