Use Kdenlive appimage next to repository version?

Wed Oct 28, 2020 4:45 pm Can i use the appimage next to a repository installation of Kdenlive without conflicts? Or do i need to uninstall the repository version first? I cannot recall if appimages share the application settings and configs that would be found in the user's home dir or if they are separate.
