Can not understand.
These two functions enable and disable all tracks on timeline. Toggle All Tracks Active Switch All Tracks Active This function: Switch Track Target Audio Stream it is not clear what it does. |

Toggle turns all active tracks inactive, and all inactive tracks active (think of it as inverting the selection). Switch applies to all tracks and turns them active regardless of their current state.
This is the behavior in kdenlive 20.08.2. I also noticed that in my setup "A" activates or inactivates (toggles) the current track whereas in your screenshot "Ctrl+O" does that.
