Hello, I own a Raspberry PI 3B+ and I wanted to make a 'render station' out of it. What i mean is that I wanted to use it to render all of my Kdenlive edits. I use Arch Linux on my main system and hence I always have the latest version. As the version in the Raspberry Pi repositories is very old, the older Kdenlive can't open the newer .kdenlive files.
I tried finding solutions to get the latest version but found none. I thought about compiling from source but didn't find a guide for arm based devices (or Raspberry PI). If I'm not wrong, the main website only hosts x86 binaries so that's also of no use to me. I was confused wheter to ask this question on the Raspberry PI forums or the KDE forums so I'm sorry if I asked it in the wrong place. Any help would be really appreciated. I'm using Raspberry Pi OS lite with MATE desktop released on December 2nd 2020. |
