I'm using v20.12 on Windows 10.
I want to move the clip along x and y while zooming out.
Zoom out doesn't seem to work and x/y seems only to work when zoom is greater than 1.
A bug or user error?

Yes, I know. In fact, Position and Zoom is one of my favorite effects. I use it in title and video clips a lot.
This is the first time I tried Zoom Pan. The reason is that my clip has already a very complex keyed frame Position and Zoom. Now I basically want to offset the whole thing. So I thought I shouldn't make it more complicate than required :)

Thank you for raising the defect.

OK, then I've to use Position and Zoom.
