I'm using v20.12 on Windows 10.
I want to move the clip along x and y while zooming out. Zoom out doesn't seem to work and x/y seems only to work when zoom is greater than 1. A bug or user error?

Yes, I know. In fact, Position and Zoom is one of my favorite effects. I use it in title and video clips a lot. This is the first time I tried Zoom Pan. The reason is that my clip has already a very complex keyed frame Position and Zoom. Now I basically want to offset the whole thing. So I thought I shouldn't make it more complicate than required Thank you for raising the defect.

from tomorrow build, the zoom effect can't be less than 1... and probably on next weeks the zoom pan will be removed.. (obsolete effect)
