Please let know if its possible to install KDENLIVE on a 32 bit operating system -windows 7 operating system. Is there any older version of KDENLIVE which is compatible.

There are no 32 bit builds of Kdenlive, the first successfully build/porting was 64 bit.

It should be possible, but you would have to build the whole stack yourself. Craft build system has no 32bit track, MXE cross-builds from Linux used to have one.
