Hi,
I found this documentation https://community.kde.org/Kdenlive/Development/externalProxy about camera proxies. I have all my video footage on an external hard drive. So I created my own proxy as: MyOwnProxy=.;;_proxy480p.MP4;.;;.MP4 The idea is that I'm creating of all videos a proxy and use them in kdenlive. This works fine, the problem is when the proxy does not exist. Then it starts to create it's own proxy, but maybe it is better to show a message, that the proxy video was not found and if it should be created one (don't know which properties this proxy has) or otherwise it is not possible to use the proxy feature, instead of creating a proxy in the background and the user does not know what happens. But the possibility to create the proxies by my self is a really cool feature

@sandeep23 hey man. You can try using the Proxifier program. It is the easiest to use proxy changer, but I use fast residential proxies because I work for a company. You also can try to use this proxy, but I don't think it is suitable for such kinds of problems as yours. I hope my advice has helped you. Good luck to you!
