How to modify Duration in Title Document (kdenlivetitle)?

I've set my default title duration to 3s. If I load an old *.kdenlivetitle the clip will be set to 5s. I guess the duration is 125 (5s) frames in my file:

My question... Is it safe to modify the duration and out to 75 (3s)?
