Hello, i wanted to ask "how do i make a project and what type of project do i want to make" but that was to long for the title bar, so i want to make a project, and that is simple enough, but what type of project do i want to make? when i select to make a new project a dialogue box of a bunch of options come up and i don't know which to choose or select.

when i open the dialogue box i simply don't know what i'm looking at and any help could help me thank you.

Just keep whatever setting there are and click ok. When you add your first clip in the bin, it'll ask you if you want to change the resolution and framerate to that of your clip. You probably want to say yes
