I'm running kdenlive 21.04.0 on Windows with an Intel Core i9-10900K CPU @ 3.70GHz.

When I render, I see in the task manager that my CPU usage is only about 40%. I would like to encourage kdenlive to use 100% of my CPU. (Well honestly I'd like to encourage it to use my GPU, but I know that's asking too much!)

Is there a setting to tell it not to throttle itself? Or to use more cores?
