probably related to a ZOOM over 100% on icons or texts.. (try to use default 100% on display settings .. or appearance..i don't remember)
if you are using the 100% and you don't have made ony change to default visualization settings.. try to move the windows taskbar/menubar on the left(or right) of the screen and reopen kdenlive (this is just a test)

also you can try to create a new user... and test kdenlive with default settings of the new user.

(the swift 1 has just an entry level Intel video card.. and maybe this si related to the Intel card... look at this bug: https://invent.kde.org/multimedia/kdenlive/-/issues/685 )

can you post a full screen screenshot just to see if the interface is larger than normal?
