Running scripts from command line.

Wed Jun 09, 2021 2:15 am
First time here in my journey to find a linux video editor that will work for me.

ALthough relatively new to KDENLIVE it's proven reasonably productive, so thanks to the team.

For me it would be useful to run the scripts from a command line. I came across this wiki entry, which suggests it should be possible.

The wiki article says to save the scripts as a bash (sh) script, showing a dialogue box where the bash script name is to be saved.

I can batch run scripts OK from the KDEnlive rendering dialogue, but see no option to save the scripts as a bash (.sh) script. Using KDENLive Version 20.12.1.

What am I missing?

Thanks

I think I see it. The .mlt files are executed with melt. Am I right?
