It was working but suddenly when playing previews of files and the project it will but immediately stop a split second after. I deleted the folder and the folders in appdata and reinstalled but still not working. Please help how do I fix this?

Do you user proxy clips? that may help. Also, if you have sections with many effects, use the timeline prereindering zones feature (Shift + Return).
