Hi all, I'm pretty to new to video editing.
I have some background knowledge from long time ago when I had fun creating divx from dvd. As of now I'd like to make screen casts by OBS and merge them or cut them by kdenlive. I'm not focusing on transitions, filters or any other feature as of now. My main concern is: can I merge some recording (sharing the same settings) without encode the whole video? Something similar in the concept to cat video1 video2 > big_video ? The source files are mkv 1920x1080 encoded by nvenc (h264). The audio is AAC 44.100Hz mono. Thank you. |

Hi there,
Kdenlive will always render your project, but you can use ffmpeg on command line. Read this: https://blog.feurious.com/concatenate-v ... ing-ffmpeg Kindly, Anders |
