KDENLIVE 21.08 (I don't know how this update happened... automatically? Did I click Y to something?)

I have been using Kdenlive for some years already in Ubuntu. This year i did lots of videos in the Spring. 192.168.0.1
With the same system (minus automatic updates) I prepared a video today. When I save the project in my /Videos folder it doesn't save it there, it goes to a very weird run/user/1000/... directory... Then when I render, it just goes to waiting... and nothing happens... 192.168.l.l
Anybody has any idea of what has happened here and how to solve it? I read something somewhere that was like "Go to an older version" which I would not like to do so that I don't have to redo my work today.
