I figured it out!! Please ignore / delete this post.
I had version 19 installed, and a duplicated version from Flatpack version 21 which shows the controls with high contrast by default. All good now. thanks ............................................... Hi Guys. I'm using Linux Mint, in dark mode. I have a hard time seeing the little control buttons in kdenlive. I see there is some options under: Settings>Color theme>default Settings>Style> (many options here but they seem to be all the same as the default) but they do not help, here is a screenshot. i am pointing in red what i mean: https://i.imgur.com/2ZfBubw.png Do you know anyway to fix this? i wish the little buttons can be more visible with white or light gray, like i see in this example if i search for "kdenlive screenshots" : https://i.imgur.com/RuQ81KF.png Here the controls are visible.
