I thought this might be a known problem but couldn't see any mention on the bug tracker or this forum:

I have 21.08.3 installed from the KDE Neon User Edition repos and it works fine under X11, but if I use Wayland the clip and project monitors just show green panels all of the time. Has anyone else seen this or know how to fix it?

I also have this same green monitor issue. also on Fedora 37 using Wayland. Did you get a solution for using wayland?
