I want to change the colour of all red pixels to green. Does anybody know how to do this?

I would be very thankful if anybody can help me.

I've found a way to do it, (EDIT: but) I don't know, if that's the best way:

with the chroma key effect you can make colours invisible. Then you can combine a one-colour-picture with the clip, so the colour shine through.

You can also try using bézier curves -> hue, and move the curve. For red, you need to move the ends of the curve for example

I have done it now with RGB adjustment.
