I want to know if there is a way/feature option to have the playhead always in a centered fixed position (non-scrolling) on the timeline and have the timeline itself scroll rather than how it is currently working with the playhead scrolling until it reaches the end of the timeline then when the playhead reaches the end.

There's my wish. It's only at the right end of the screen when the playhead reaches the end that it remains static and the timeline scrolls. I want the timeline scroll to occur when the playhead is in the middle of the timeline.

I am afraid this is not a setting in kdenlive. You may want to log an issue (https://invent.kde.org/multimedia/kdenlive/-/issues) and request that feature.
