How does on turn on the video safe zone guides on the far right "program monitor" window?

I have all of the "Current Project Monitor" options turned on, turned them off, but I still cannot get the safe zone guides to appear in that window.

I have right clicked on menu items, but still, after some time cannot get the safe zone overlay guides to appear.

I'm really impressed at the professional features of Kdenlive, but would be surprised that it does not have this option. I've looked at old screenshots of Kdenlive and have seen those safe zone guide markers.

Out of sheer desperation and a filthy mood to boot (have to take advantage of those moments), I FOUND where to turn on the video safe markers...

To turn on the the video safe markers, the icon to click is the second one on the side of the monitor screen.
