Hello, thanks for accepting me in the forum, greetings from Barcelona.
I look forward to learning and sharing about this editing program.

I still don't know the forum, I don't know if I have to ask here, if it has to be moved they can do it.

I have installed and tested the three versions that exist today:
- Installable
- Standalone
- Experimental

The same thing happens in all of them:
on the main screen I can't see anything, if I click where the menus are supposed to be, they open and if I can see them, but on the main screen I can't see anything, I'm going blind.

I DON'T KNOW HOW TO UPLOAD A SCREENSHOT... for you to see.

I am testing the program on a Lenovo ThinkPad T420 laptop, W7_64 / 1366x768 (it is the maximum that the screen gives)

Greetings

Daniel

i can pin point you to the WINDOWS/VGA-INTEL issue...
https://invent.kde.org/multimedia/kdenlive/-/issues/277

(try switching the back-end to OPENGL)

This is the "Intel graphics driver" error.

Solution: https://docs.kdenlive.org/de/troublesho ... ard-driver

I it seems your notebook has an Nvidia Quadro NVS 4200M graphic card. Try to download the latest Nvidia driver for your graphic card and then try Kdenlive again with switching the OpenGL backend.
