The one thing that makes me want to use shotcut over kdenlive is that shotcut has full GPU acceleration. I want to use kdenlive, but lack of GPU acceleration is a major bummer. What is on the TODO list for this to change?

I don't think Shotcut has "full" hardware acceleration. It simply has export acceleration, which kdenlive also has if you choose an export profile with vaapi or nvenc.

On WIndows 11 i have GPU usage when i'm on editing... the real issue (on WIndows ) is the nvenc not working
