Crash on Installing Wipe Transition

I'm using v22.04.0 on Windows 10.
I'm trying to download wipe transition for the very first time. In a Composite transition, I clicked on the download button and clicked on Install (see screenshot). Kdenlive crashed. Does anyone have the issue?

On latest nighlty and Windows download button is not working at all.. (no idea why you have the download page)
