Please help

I'm not a windows user but it looks like you are missing a .dll "libmltjackrack.dll"
Maybe a corrupt mlt installation, I really don't know how to solve, did you try to reinstall kdenlive already?

It's a good idea to tell us your kdenlive version then the other users can help you
