Hello everyone,

I shot a video in 29.97fps and tried to put into a 24fps timeline. I treated it like 30 fps video slowing it down to 80% which would make 24fps or speeding it up to 160% which would result in 48fps. Most of the slowed down footage comes out smooth whereas the 160% footage does look stuttery. What might be the problem here and how can i fix it? I dont mind altering the speed of the clips.
