As soon as I cut my clip, the audio graph graph changes

This is a brand new bug that I don't have time for. I truly hate this stuff! So I have a clip and have been editing on it with no issues for HOURS now. Everything was working as expected. Latest version of Kdenlive, Windows 10, plenty of room on my hard drive - all drivers and every other basic thing you could think of is set right.

Today I opened my file to begin editing, moved to do a cut, and the instant I did the audio tracks for the rest of the clip after the cut changed. Or, more accurately, one was replaced, one is still the same. I can see the little audio graph I use as an editing guide actually change! Basically I loose the audio on my first audio track - it is replaced by a copy of the audio from the second track. I have no idea why. Sometimes I have imported files into Kdenlive and this happens - usually I figure out OBS screwed something up. But this video segment plays correctly.

I tried deleting the remaining track to come in with another copy and trim it to fit, only the same thing happened again. It isn't as simple as Kdenlive screwing up the displayed graph, which I was hoping to fix with a refresh, once I found it. No, I played the remaining part of the clip and the audio has been altered by Kdenlive for some reason.

What is causing Kdenlive to interpret or read this clip wrong, or what would cause Kdenlive to replace an entire audio track, and how do I fix it?

Thank you.

What is coming to my mind is that the clip has more then 1 audio track and Kdenlive has an issue to allocate the audio track correctly. How many audio track does your OBS file have? Do you have OBS files with different number of audio tracks in 1 Kdenlive project? Analyze the problematic video clip with “Mediainfo”. Set Mediainfo view to HTML and upload here the result.
