You guys really need to work on your characterisation of women, both these films come across as misogynistic fantasies. The female character in each is merely as an object of lust/hatred for the male characters - and in both films she makes a bizarre decision to reward men for their abusive behaviour. (coming back to him because he said 'die, b****'? after his stalking, she still meets up with him because he didn't take no for an answer?)
Next time, get women involved in the writing process of your film, and put some thought into characterisation - why do they make the decisions they make? If you have any difficulty, ask a woman. as a challenge for the next fim, try to pass the bechdel test (http://bechdeltest.com).
