Who knows how long to get into Ubuntus own repos, you can just add sunabs PPA to your distro?

Oh I see, sunab's not building for that old, I guess technical reasons or Lucid is just too old for any real number of users to use it, so what about the build script? That way you get reasonably upto date distro build and cutting edge build to your /home directory?

Yes it looks like lucid vesion is only 0.9.4. Lucid goes end of life on 9 May 2013 according to Wikipedia. So perhaps sunab has not bothered to build this version. Might be time to upgrade your distro if you are still on lucid - it dates from 29 April 2010
