I'm installing several GNU desktops on ARM devices, and I've seen in an environment like "Ubuntu on Android" that the PPA repository doesn't provide ARM packages.

An example scenario is a tablet with Android + Ubuntu, where user can record video with the camera, but has few tools to make a good edit and upload to Youtube.
