I have just installed kdenlive on my fedora 8 system from rpms.

It starts, asks me my default video format, which is NTSC, then it crashes with signal 11 (SIGSEGV).

When I start kdenlive from the command line, I get this:

I've googled the different messages to no avail.

I don't know where to go from here.

Can anybody help me?
