When you leave binary packages for Fedora 9 and 10? |

When we can find someone to create them for us. :) Asking on the fedora forums or making a formal request to have Kdenlive packaged is the best way to help with this. |

If by "they" you mean the Kdenlive team, it's more that we have no one on the team experienced with packaging. If by "they" you mean Ubuntu, it's more because although they have packagers, they also have a list of literally thousands of programs waiting to be packaged. There's a guide on how to package for ubuntu here: Anyone willing to do it or it's Fedora equivalent will be welcomed with open arms. |

There are at least a few of us, that knows how to create packages, and have, at some point in time, done it. The problem is rather getting things into the repos. It seems most people do not just want packages, they want tight integration with their repos. Which is perfectly understandable, but requires more effort from the packager. |
