Hi, I jut install kdenlive. Everything seems to be ok until I open it. It got me through all steps with first-time user screens but when I clicked finish nothing happens. I tried to restart but the problem still occurs.

Which Kdenlive version, and how did you install it?

I installed twice actually. The first time I did it through the terminal and it kept getting the error with MLT. Then I remove and tried to reinstall it with software center and it get through the MLT err. Then I believe that should be the newest version.

If you're using Ubuntu 11.10 & kdenlive from Software Center you will get an MLT error, you could try using sunabs svn PPA instead.

That's if you're on Ubuntu, dependent on version etc, you give very little information.
