Solved 
The problem was the missing "libmlt-dev" package, as described in the bug tracker under ID 674.
After recompiling and restarting the Run Config Wizard, the full spectrum of export formats is available.

Hi, after the successful build of kdenlive nearly all effects in the effect list are listed twice? Could the reason, that I have installed the packman binary and in my home dir the complied version as local installation? Any hints?
