Builder Wizard RIP?

Thu Sep 09, 2010 8:08 pm
Any luck using the Builder Wizard? I know that it's been discontinued and no longer offered on the download page. However, it's been working for me all this time until very recently. Seems there's a problem building ffmpeg (on both my Mandriva & Suse systems) where none existed previously. Anyone still using the Builder Wizard successfully or is this the end of the line?

The Builder Wizard isn't maintained anymore. With the introduction of the sunab2 ppa, which gives regular development version updates, it was certainly less usefull (at least for Ubuntu users...), and the maintainer didn't have that much time to keep it up-to-date.

And actually everything by hand isn't that much more difficult, really...
