How do I debug the daily build?

Mon Aug 19, 2013 5:32 am
Hi, I have the daily build 0.9.7 (rev. v0.9.6-134-g1f0072e) in ~/kdenlive
Debian wheezy, 64bit

just wondering how I go about debugging because I get freezes every few minutes while doing normal work and it's tiring!

I'll just pause play, or click on time-line and program freezes, running in terminal shows nothing.

thanks

I'll just add that it seems to be crashing while working on avchd files from ext disk, with mp4 from local disk no problems for hours.

Does the external disk show intense disk activity? Does copying the avchd files to your internal disk make a difference?
