hi guys, I have a big problem with kdenlive, it doesn't work!

when I start the software from the terminal and I select "add clip", it says:

I don't understand.

The second problem is the incomplete interface, i don't have the correct names in the menù bar, i have a few tab with "no text" instead of "file" or "edit" ecc..

Can someone help me please?
