KDenLive Windows Port - exe file active after quitting

Just installed the newly released Windows port of KdenLive 16.12.1 on Windows7 x64.
The program works OK, but after quitting kdenlive.exe persists as an active process. Rather annoying - can't do anything with source video clips because they remain open in kdenlive.exe. Have to kill kdenlive.exe with Task Manager or reboot. |

I can confirm this behaviour on Windows 10 Pro x64. The task is still active after closing the programm.

Same issue on Windows 7 64-bit and Windows 10 64-bit.
