Menu kdenlive

Ubuntu studio I want to use kdenlive but I can not have the traditional menu. I reinstalled the program, but it still lacks the main menu bar. What can I do ?

What method are you using to install kdenlive ? And what version are you trying to install ?

I installed the program Synaptic and the version is the 4: 16.12.1.3
