I'm running KDE neon 5.17

Over the last week or so, I started getting repository errors when I do updates. The messages are as follows:

Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/kdenlive/mlt/u ... /InRelease 403 Forbidden [IP: 91.189.95.83 80]
The repository 'http://ppa.launchpad.net/kdenlive/mlt/ubuntu bionic InRelease' is no longer signed.

These PPAs had worked for the last year or so... Are these repos off line temporarily or is there somewhere else I have to go?

From the PPA page, it looks like Kdenlive have dropped (K)Ubuntu 18.04 support as it won't work in the version of Plasma used in Bionic. However, there are Appimages and Flatpaks that can be installed

There is a Snap package, but it looks to be a release behind:
