After I move the project monitor screen to another separate monitor at full screen size it is too large cant see the toolbar at the bottom to play stop etc. is there a way to resize this when like this cant find anywhere to drag smaller.

Move with the mouse to the top right corner. A vertical menu appears. Click the top icon.
