Hi,
I can't see/ recognise kdenlive symbols, e.g. in "titleclip" ! they are all lightgrey! How can I switch to "dark" colors / dark kdenlive theme?

I already tested settings -> style -> windows , standard, fusion . Doesn't help

have you tried a 2020 release of Kdenlive? maybe try the latest beta of 20.08 https://files.kde.org/kdenlive/unstable ... 4.appimage just to see if in the titler tool the issue is still present.

I "played" against with kdenlive setting. I clicked to Settings -> colorsceeme -> standard. ( Einnstellungen -> Farbschemata -> Standard). There is only one option "standard", it was already selected. I clicked again. Now the symbols are darkgrey, I can see them good :) Strange!

SOLVED!

only a color choice is not right ... on Linux there will be at least 2 ... light and dark... btw i suggest you to use last appimage (linked) , because 19.xx releases are very bugged on country with "," as a decimal point separator and looking at the texts you are using comma.
