I want to change the location where kdenlive keeps it cache files and creates the folders "proxy", "titles" and the one with the long numbers. Whenever I try to do this kdenlive warns me that it will move the folder <current_location>/12345678901234 to <new_location>, but once I acknowledge that I get the error that the folder 12345678901234 could not be moved.
I also cannot delete the cache folder using Settings > Manage Cached Data. The folder still is there and shows up every time I open that menu.

i think you have to add [Windows] to the issue.. probably is related to path and files/folder structure of Windows... i think that on Linux this is working.. (any feedback about this?)

I need to check this on my Linux machine. It runs kdenlive 19 something. My VM on Win 10 with Modicia has other kdenlive problems ..
