Since this version has an adjustable threshold, the resulting cut would have very good parameters.

Thanks for the answer, hopefully everything will work soon. Kdenlive did not detect several videos exactly for me (he did not cut out everything he found, even though the transition in the video was obvious)
Off topic: the bin directory contains ffmpeg, ffplay, and ffprobe files of small size. If I download the latest files (with a much larger size) from the official website and replace them, what will I achieve?

seems an only-Windows issue... this mean that we need to wait A LOT for a fix.
