Hi!
When trying to import an mp4 file recorded with my smartphone as a clip into kdenlive, I only get the audio track, but no video. However, kaffeine plays the same file without any issues (audio + video). The only issue reported by kdenlive's config wizard is "No hardware encoders found.", but I believe this should only affect rendering, but not file import. Is there anything else which needs to be installed and/or configured manually such that mp4 files can be imported into kdenlive? Here are some details about my system configuration:
Do you have any ideas how to fix this, or shall I provide more information about my system? Thanks & kind regards, Markus |
