please add option smart hide panel. Like AWN or Docky panel still show, but when cover another window, panel hide automatically.

What is the difference between your idea and "Windows can hover" setting?
Functionally it is very similar, if not the same - panel is visible. When window goes over it (or fullscreen), panel is not visible. When you hover your mouse where panel supposed to be, it shows again (although over certain windows with transparent panel it is barely visible).
